Voice Management Guide

Voice Management is a service that can make it easy to manage the call trackers you have with Orbee.

Overview

Regardless of which capabilities you want to use, the basic model for using the Voice Management service is as follows:

  1. Enable call-tracking for your account. Learn more
  2. Register your phone numbers. Learn more
  3. Setup tracking for your phone numbers. Learn more

Once the pool is created, it will be queued to create call trackers. If it is an automated pool, it will also automatically manage call tracker usage.
