Computed state

Any computed state for ORB elements will be computed in the following manner:

Element Attribute Configuration > Server Side Configuration > Default state

The highest priority configuration values when computing an ORB element state are the data attribute values applied on the element. These attributes will override any default or server side state configuration. If the data attributes aren't present it will fallback to the server side config that is set. Lastly, if there are no custom configurations set, then the default state will be applied to the ORB element.
