Call Tracker Life Cycle¶
This reference will explain the life cycle of a call tracker. A call tracker's life cycle can be tracked through its status.
Statuses¶
Available¶
A call tracker with this status is waiting to be activated. It is not currently tracking any metrics.
If an automated pool's total call tracker count exceeds its size, the pool will delete "Available" call trackers until the size is met.
Flagged¶
A call tracker with this status is set on a timeline, but is still currently tracking metrics. If the timeline expires, one of the following occurs:
- If it's in a manual pool, the pool will delete the call tracker.
- If it's in an automated pool, the pool will set the call tracker status back to "Available".
Note
The timeline expiration is 30 days from when the call tracker was flagged.
Active¶
A call tracker with this status is actively tracking metrics.
